Just pulling a Wild Hare out of a hat,
Jerry's guitar seems to have a Gibson headstock.
Maybe it is the "Les Paul TV" he played briefly.

Thom is correct- it's an early Alembic. He only played for it about a month , or on that tour.
4-5-71 is a killer show...several tracks used on Skull Fuck
