It's from the most recent issue - No. 4 - December 2018 / Special Haunted Humor Issue

I ordered up a cheap Groupon subscription earlier in the year after coming across stashes of my Mad Magazines from the late 70's and early '80's. The June issue was the first to arrive and it appears they are starting the numbering over with that issue being No. 1.  Still full of great humor and cartoon art as I remember it from years ago!
