Long underwear and socks - seams inside or out?

Your input appreciated. Is it silly or smarter to wear stuff inside out?

Some of you skiers probably have a "professional" opinion and everybody wears socks. Seams inside or out?

I have the seamless socks for skiing. It's almost 2022. We've really come a long way.
