Hoping to get ticket/s for the screening . . my kids just left to get on the standby list,

but either way I'll probably come to the after party.

cool

Didn't go to the after party, but went to the screening this afternoon at The Rubin.. the movie (the 2 1//2 hour portion I saw anyway) is absolutely fucking amazing..laughs, tears, lots of emotions while watching..director kind of let slip there's probably going to be some select screenings around the time of release.. Can't wait to see the full 4 hours..

Yah.... I didn't make it to the after party either. Too wiped out.

Got the last pair of standby tickets for the screening (maybe 2nd-to-last?)

WOW

Can't WAIT to see the full 4 hours !!!!!!!

Well that was a great day all around!

The film was exactly as Rick described it " absolutely fucking amazing..laughs, tears, lots of emotions while watching".

The after party had a nice turnout. Thanks to all who came to 11th St. Bar and enjoyed , danced and grooved to Betty and The Boards' 2 fine sets.  Special moment when a poet named Michael whom I serendipitously ran into there the night before read a poem about our dear departed friend David Nolan, as the band jammed out behind him. . (11th St Bar was his hangout) Very moving.

The person who slashed my right front tire while I was in there made the evening extra special too!
