When I logged into the Neil Young Archive to get presale tickets it gave me code LUTB2020. That may be unique because I had to log in to get it, but try it Turtle. Tickets range from $50 to $500. Section B tickets are $190. Section A $450 and cheaper in C and up top. I did t check the sides as I was using my phone which was a PITA.

I'd say Neil definitely counts as one.
I imagine tix will be VERY expensive for this, and meh on the Willie Family Band as house band.
Still, it sounds like a fun show.
