The October concerts, currently five dates, will feature Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Shawn Colvin, Lila Downs, Steve Earle and Graham Nash, though not all of the artists will be appearing at each date. They did this last year. It was Emmylou and a host of other A list musicians, including Steve Earle and Dave Matthews:

Unfortunately for me, it was almost a stealth show and I didn't hear anything about it until was long sold out.

I went to this a couple years ago. It was done with everyone on stage. A songwriters in the round deal. Everyone joining in on each others songs. Was a great night of music.
We got Emmy, Robert Plant, Buddy Miller, Steve Earle, Joan Baez and The Milk Carton Kids. Here's a write up.

Just saw Browne at the
Just saw Browne at the Cuthbert in Eugene.
What a great show!
A bunch of his classic tunes played beautifully, plus a few more obscure (to me, anyway) other songs. Good harmonies, and quite a bit of dual guitar ala ABB. Jams mostly stayed within the song form, but were excellent.
Full moon rising over the venue as the sun set.
Encore was Take it Easy, and I thought that would be it. But no - they segued right into Lady of the Well just like on the album.
Cool stuff.

Yeah just saw him here in SLC
Yeah just saw him here in SLC and was happily surprised to hear him go into "Lady Of The Well".
It was a nice show and he did pull out a few I hadn't seen him do in a while. "I Am A Patriot" was inspired. Nice show, two full sets with no opener.
The two guitarists were Val McCallum and Greg Leisz, who also played lap steel and pedal steel. Leisz really added to the show. Both were great.
I was down in front center, 2nd row, and for some inexplicable reason, the four idiots in front of me IN THE FRONT ROW decided they needed to stand for a large part of it.
I think they heard him introduce "For A Dancer" and they though it was a dance tune.
