Just finished reading David Browne's 2015 book "So Many Roads" which was an excellent read with lots of fresh insight and details about our favorite band.
I was unaware that they'd ever made a video for "Just A Little Light". Brent's clean-coiffed looks belie a seriously troubled soul. I had no idea he'd OD'd at the end of 1989, the band had done a quasi intervention and told him to get his act together, and that serious discussions to have Bruce Hornsby replace him had already begun. Brent contributed more tunes than anyone else to "Built To Last" and was poised to take a leading role in the band, but just couldn't hold it together, bringing one of the last great peaks of the band crashing down. The final scene of the candle being blown out is poignant:
