June Lake Jam Fest 3 is a two day festival - Saturday September 9 and Sunday September 10, 2017.

Weekend Passes will be sold first, and depending on availability, single days may be sold closer to the event date.
2017 Lineup: The Moves Collective, Grampas Grass, Shaky Feelin', Mojo Green, Strawberry Moon, Achilles Wheel, GrooveSession, Moonalice, Cubensis, Melvin Seals and JGB.

OTHER INFO YOU SHOULD KNOW:
This is an outdoor event, be prepared for changeable weather conditions. Don't forget your hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. At 7500 feet, the ultraviolet rays can be unforgiving.

You are welcome to bring in lawn chairs, a small (6 pack size) ice chest, a great attitude, but NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. The motto for the day is "JUST BE NICE".

Beautiful location.

I had no idea where June Lake is, so here is a link to a map. Looks like it could be really lovely.

Have fun, travelers!

Lets make sure we meet up Neil!

CA-89 is closed over Monitor Pass due to the Slinkard Fire

CA-41 is closed between Oakhurst and Yosemite's south entrance due to the Railroad Fire

MarkD... I'll have my rainbow trout hat on and a legal smile, can't miss me!!

hey MarkD and GFish, when are you arriving?

I'll be in the area Friday afternoon picking up a wilderness permit at the Mono Lake Ranger station in Lee Vining at around 1pm... I have to kill a few hours somewhere between there and Mammoth until my backpacking buddy arrives.   We have a permit to hike into the wilderness Saturday, so I won't be hitting the festival, but it would be great to catch up with you guys... it's been too long!

Too long for sure Hall.  We probably won't be there till 5 or 6 Friday evening.  Lets keep in touch. When do you start your hike?

darnit, next time then... we plan to drop one car at the exit trailhed, then drive up near the entry trailhead (10 miles West of Bishop) at around 5pm to get a first come/first serve car campsite before the campground fills up (we have to hike up and over an 11,000' pass Saturday, so we need to get an early-ish start)... had I known about this fest when these tough to get wilderness permits became available, I would have tried for Monday instead of Saturday, but I don't think it was announced that far back..

Havablast!

after a 7+ hour drive, Mark D and I have arrived in June Lake!

psyched for this weekend!!

have fun y'alls
