Finally they arrested the guys who murdered Ahmaud Arbery in cold blood down while he was out for his daily jog in Georgia in February.

Apparently, the perps, a former cop and his son, chased down the dude for jogging in the neighborhood because he "matched the description" of a burglary suspect and then shot him dead at close range. The cops didn't arrest the perps at first and chalked it up to "stand your ground." But somebody happened to film the incident showing what really happened, leading to public outcry and now their arrest. Probably would have been different if nobody was around to film it.

A dude was jogging. Two dudes
A dude was jogging. Two dudes with guns approached him, entered his space, and assaulted him. They then shot him.
The dudes claimed "stand your ground," and the cops didn't arrest them. The truth came out in a video, so they had to arrest the former cop.
The precedent of allowing "stand your ground" in a case like this, based solely on the word of the murderers, is terrifying.

That was the buddy of the 2 guys in the truck, he was involved with the chase/murder also,
at one point he tried to box in Arbery when Arbery tried to avoid the guys in the truck, pretty sure he had a gun also.

WTF? The ubiquity of cell phone cameras has been a real eye-opener for many people on how this type of shit still happens. But usually its some bystander that films it. Its fortunate that they were stupid enough to film their own crime.
