Thanks for revisiting. This has always been a favorite of mine.

I had never seen this until today and am floored! yes

Found this here about the band. https://dailymusicbreak.com/country-music-online/jj-cale-leon-russell-at...

>> The other players in the session are Christine Lakeland — a longtime Cale musician — Larry Bell (on guitar, I believe), Marty Green - (fiddle?), Nick Rather, Jimmy Karstein, Bill Boatman and Ambrose Campbell. I am sorry that I don’t know who plays what instrument. Please fill me in in the comment.

Great stuff, thanks for posting.

big fan of JJ Cale and Leon Russell!

I've watched this before and it's terrific.

This is great!

Thx for posting.

They played Crazy Mama today on KALX.

The DJ carried on a good deal about how much she likes JJ Cale.

Loved them both, seen them both, but never together. The Tulsa sound is my very favorite way to rock out. Imma give this one a spin for the millionth time

Elton has stated very matter-of-factly that Leon Russell was basically the best entertainer and showman musician he had ever known of or seen.
