Not sure if anyone caught last weekend's Tom Petty show on Fans.com (from Lockn 2014), but when you go to the site, it allows you to "be in the stream" --- meaning that you can participate -- the Fans.com director rotates to everyone's feeds -- it was hilarious. I remember that I met one of the founders of Fans.com at the Cap in 2015 or 16... those were the days, sigh.

This Friday – May 22 – FANS.com will bring The Jerry Dance Party into the virtual realm as DJ JerrBrother spins some of the best that the Jerry Garcia catalog has to offer.

Deadheads may recall The Jerry Dance Party’s origin at Fare Thee Well or later iterations at the LOCKN’ Festival or following Phish/Dead & Company shows at Madison Square Garden.

This virtual version is sure to spread the same kind of trippy vibe as FANS encourages Deadheads to add their own fare by “uploading your memories or favorite graphics to your Zoom background! Share photos from Dead tour or search for the trippiest graphics to bring to the party with you. The more psychedelic, the better! We’ll mix your backgrounds into the stream for a truly immersive, psychedelic, audio, and visual experience.”
