(Did you read the Jack Casady interview? It sounds like there are surprises in store, I don't know when or what, but tune in. https://vivalazone.org/other-stuff/sweet-jack-casady-interview)

Thanks judit

i can already see that gold tooth shining

I'm so glad to see Jorma at peace. Time has been kind. I used to think he would never grow old because he looked so strung out in the 70s. Keep on Truckin Jorma.

Jorma is putting in work.  Aren't we lucky?

Jorma making the mad mad world seem calm again

>>> Jorma is putting in work.  Aren't we lucky? <<<

Yes we are, but I don't get this. What does it mean?

I feel lucky that they are streaming these concerts for free (donations accepted) - I love that Jorma's playing is so pristine, elegant, occasionally raunchy, and the Fur Peach Ranch folk's hearts are in the right place.

Putting in work =  to apply the necessary amount of effort and labor to accomplish something.  This is the 11th one!  Make sense?

Crazy bad buffering here. frown

How is your feed?

Just rebooted for the 10th time. All good now! smiley

Hot Tuna July 4/11 FPR...

Makes sense now, thanks. Yep.

I love the way they’re playing this Sugaree.

Have been listening to Jorma off/on all day, catching up... also loved the Sugaree...need to remember to look here for your reminders as I shut down FB, except messenger.

Water Song has to be one of the most lovely and soothing songs ever.

Loving all this Jorma - cornerstone music for this acoustic guitar picker.
Interestingly, Jorma and Hurlbutt put Sugaree in the Key of G which makes it an easy guitar song.
It's not that it's difficult in the key of B but it's less friendly due to less open chords.
I think the original key of this song was D.....

For sure the FPR crew is doing fine work - hearts in the right place and the music and community are the gold standard......

Anyone know a source of compiled  setlists for these concerts?...

Someone should tease out the questions/stories from these performances. Love them! One of my  favorites is his description of the Buddy Cage Anne Murray intersection (from concert#7).
