It’s Ice

Cool :-)

”special stash”

It's so cute!

Thank God it wasn't Meat Stick.

Went on Factory Tour a few yrs. back outside of Burlington.

They don't allow Photos,  in case you're an Industrial Spy.

Was 'Cool' though.  They have dairy Cows on one side of the bldg. and big Freezers / forklifts on the other.

In the middle,  all these Bunnies in velour cages poop out the 'Super-Fudge-Chunk' etc. fillings into the pipeline.

I"m  liking the Pollock carton more than the flavor description - hope they have some at Curveball this summer.

Is that a mini-carton or does the hand-model just have large hands?

Good eye on the micro-pint there.

When I did the B&J's Tour,  they were just innovating the new,  large Quart packages on the production line.  I've still never seen one in a store.  Maybe it's locals-only ?

Anyway,  the tour-guide asked the 'bonus-point'  question for extra Ice Cream credit  "Do you notice anything funny / different  on the packaging line ??"

Having worked in food-grade plants (Breweries & Wineries) I was really taking in all the details of the stainless piping runs,  connections,  curvature of pipes.  How does a factory make frozen goop flow through pipes at a consistent rate,  at proper temperatures,  with the correct ratio of Rainbow Bunny Poop ??

So yeah,  I won the trivia question.  Hoping for a t-shirt,  no such luck.

Ben and Jerry sold out. They don't even own it anymore.  Now some major corporate conglomerate owns it.

And it is not organic.
