I Miss Jerry

Thinking about Jerry on his Birthday, of course.

Man, the feeling of lose is strong today. It's always there, you know, but usually part of life's general background.

It was such great luck to be in the audience so many times when he performed. My only regrets are the shows I missed for whatever reasons that could have been attended. I could have been a more devoted fan.

Those events and happenings were almost always beyond description and expectations. There was nothing like a Grateful Dead concert.

When Jerry performed he plumbed the depths of our common heart and soul. He sure left a life long impression on me.

His music and voice go on and keep inspiring.
