How would a lame duck GOP Congress implement a scorched earth policy upon their exit?
Forums:
It's clearly been a campaign of "total warfare" to sustain the special interests currently puppeteering the GOP; and if Putin is calling the shots behind the scenes, make no mistake, he will ratchet up the conflict in every conceivable manner that might aid him to achieve his ends.
While this general notion doesn't escape me, I haven't quite thought about the particulars of how it might manifest?
