How High's The Water Philly?

hoping all my peeps are well

Some serious local flooding in my neck of Ct. All the rivers + streams were feet above their banks. Took away a state trooper who tried going thru a flooded road which was actually the Pomperaug River 7 feet above flood stage this morning. Found his cruiser down river and his body down a bit further. RIP Brother -  His name yet to he released.  All kinds of  wind damage too with trees down knocking out power for a few hrs. It was a real ripper. Round Midnight the sky was lightning flashes every 5 seconds with torrential rains. Crazy

I watched the news today,  o boy.

Safe vibes Easties.

All good here in Bucks county.

Unreal flooding here in NJ and the "best" is yet to come. The prediction for my area of the Passaic River is for the water to reach higher than it ever has in recorded history by a wide margin tonight. For some low areas, think up to the second story of a house. I dread to think what it might be like if we get some more storm systems any time within 2 weeks. I'm on a hill and I haven't mowed the lawn because even after a couple of days of no rain last week, if I step on the lawn water squishes up around my shoes.

8-11" of rain in 24 hours for my folks near Kennett Square, PA. The Brandywine River hit high flood records, breaching some of the bridges through the Valley.
