Not Stoney nor Kobayashi, who got in trouble for storming the Hot Dog stage some years back.
Kobayashi was always my favorite. He won other contests too, like meatballs, ice cream, and pasta.

No lie. I saw Joey @ a SF Food Festival in the Mission some 6 or 7 years ago working @ the Pepto Bismol booth. I chatted the boy up.
