"Joe Crane, Glenn Walters and their bandmates kicked butt in bars all over the
Bay Area. They have the soulful Oakland sound along with Glenn's deep groove
reminciscent of Bill Medley. They are one mofo of a funky band. Best bar band I
ever saw. We followed them all over the East Bay and never left without being
hoarse and exhausted from singing/yelling and dancing. These are the best of
their recorded material. Joe Crane died way too early fo Leukemia. Their last
Album, Safe in Their Homes was wonderful and I hope it gets released in its
entirety soon. "Crazy 'bout the Ladies" and "Too Hot to Handle" are classic
dance your ass off music while Dylan's "Tangled Up in Blue" has never been done
so well. I know most people outside the SF Bay Area don't know these guys, but
give 'em a shot, and get ready to do some funky boogying. "
