Have you had clam pizza?

Forums:

Does the sandy grit ever bother you?

I don't give a shit that Pepe's white clam pie is widely considered to be the best pizza out there, I don't care for it.

These guys produce a very nice clam pie.

I'm more of an Anchovy fan.  Although many claim to dread the A-topping,  if I bring a 1/2 Mushroom 1/2 Anchovy pie over to  a party,  the A-slices vanish first.

Steamer's pizza is good

You know, this $35 pizza shit has to go.

Looking at the DeLorenzo menu,  a large Clam Pie will run you $19 (plus sales tax,  about $1.33)  or a Tomato Pie w/ artichoke & roast peppers would be $19.50.

That's a bit more expensive compared to some of the local competition,  but they make a Tasty product.

Place is always packed last few times I went.

^ These folks have many more menu items,  and produce a good Pizza.  Haven't been in a while,   but it looks like they have expanded their menu.

Stu........I have a feeling you have a keen eye when it comes to chainsaws, drive shafts, Beer and Pizza. I must admit that I,being from the Bronx, have never crossed the border  to find good pizza.  Maybe one day you can turn me on to it.

I've had a clam pizza. It's ok. My favorite sea creature pizza is calamari. It's food insanity at its best!
