In one of Carl Hiassan's books...forget which novel...one of the bad guys is killed after he falls in the water and spends his last moments being forcibly penatrated by a dolphin.  

I was face to face with a dolphin once, it seemed to be trying communicate with me. After about 30 seconds of squeaking, it abruptly left. I was a little scared, it was very large and could have easily hurt me.

Well, this had the makings of a thoughtful thread, and while I'm eager to share my experience with both LSD and Dolphins, I  can't trust sharing my encounters with our community of Zoners. After a Worcester show in 88 I ended up in a random hotel room. The only two people awake in the wee hours were myself and one of the dudes from Flipper. He was big, bald and in leather.
