Everyone meets the Hüsky and

However, they have some drawbacks:
A) Huskies like to escape, and Run away.
B) They kill Chickens, and harass Livestock.
That's about when I met H.I.M. out in Truckee, which is BeNice & Bart country. Those Crazy Eyes told me a Bigger tall - tale than ever.

Of course, I met that Dawg and immediately Loved H.I.M. upon first meeting.
He's gained a few Pounds since he took over my Farm. About 64 lbs. when He arrived here, now around 74 -76 lbs.
That's on the High range for his breed, but he ain't Fat.
They are fussy eaters, and just cant seem to overeat.

Judit, you may need to drill a hole in the wall and remove a piece for retired rat retrieval. I'm sorry for your interior issue; it is a pain! I suspect the rat had been poisoned? From unfortunate experience, I've learned it's best to deal with the situation, as maggots will populate....I once reached to retrieve a dead rat and it moved ~ however, it was the maggots exiting his exterior....I had only screamed like I did once before in my life, when what I thought was a mouse fell to my face, and grew wings! It was a bat!

I thought the rats had been excluded from the house, but this one may have been stuck inside when we closed off entry points. Or, maybe it found poison outside somewhere and came in? In-wall death has happened before, but not in some years. There was an outbreak of flies last week but no new ones since then.
I hate the idea of calling a company with which I have no relationship (or no referrals) but I may have to. And since I can't tell where it is, moving the things that may have to be moved out of the way will be a huge job. This is sucking.

I wasn't sure the rat or
I wasn't sure the rat or whatever is in the wall because the smell wafts from a couple of different places. A small friend came over and crawled around in the very small crawlspace under the house. There is a lot of water under the vapor barrier so he came back up wet and muddy but he's a landscaper so was okay with it. He went to the parts under where I smell it in the bedroom and then to near that area, and then spread out, without finding anything. This confirms that it's in the wall, but doesn't tell us where. I don't know what things to move away from the wall for the next step... Well, there's no next step today.

It's warm weather now; just
It's warm weather now; just open a few windows and run a small fan (use screens!)... I had a feral male farm cat in the house for a few days, and it sprayed a few spots, which stunk up the shaque. Drove the dog cray-cray hiding behind old furniture, but it left and the stank remained.
A few open windows and a small fan took care of that.
Anyway, Hüsky's "love-life" is among his own species, but he's Gay.
