I had them safely back upon the Range, waiting to moderate toward Room temperature before cooking..,
That greedy Hüsky stole the Cow, and once again left me the Styrofoam packaging.
Of course he showed no remorse.
He is a professional Food - Thief.
Thank Goodness the Chilly Weather has stimulated his appetite. He is eating better and running more.

Everyone has their own belief
Everyone has their own belief-system. Hüsky is actually doing quite well, and although he steals People food, he has plenty of Dog Food of extreme Quality.
I don't yell at H.I.M. or chastise when he swipes the occasional Steak, Burger, or Bacon.
Rather, I bring up the topic in conversation, and mention that he should not steal my Food.
He is a sensitive individual, so I don't yell at H.I.M.
But the Weather has cooled off lately, so He will be going for the 10-mile runs and pulling the Bike, Sled and so forth.

I consider H.I.M. more of a
I consider H.I.M. more of a Social Interaction Dawg. I don't really have 'emotions' but the Hüsky makes friends with people and other Dawgs.
Anyway, four years have passed since he lives here. I'm thinking that if he did not like his cushy living accommodations, he would have run off by now.
He's got 120 + acres of Farmland with Woods & Fields, a house & barn to stay, plus he goes out to Dog Park and whatever stores allow H.I.M.
The Furry Fiend has a great Life, but if I drop Dead there are other people who will give that Animal a comfortable Home.
No big deal if he steals the occasional Steak.
I don't bother yelling about trifles like that.
What's important is that he is Happy & Comfortable.

A few years back we left our
A few years back we left our son home for a long weekend as the rest of us went to North Carolina for a lacrosse tournament. We were to be gone 4 days. I think Sam was 18 and my wife and I were concerned about him eating while we were away. He always took good care of our 4 dogs at the time and a few cats.
My wife made a shit ton of Cuban breaded steaks. My son loves em and he can eat them hot or cold. He doesn't care. We had a big 2 gallon zip lock back full of 30 of them at least. He came home from work, took the bag from the refrigerator and took one out to eat before his shower and was to eat another one or two when he got out.
He came out of the shower to find a ripped up plastic bag on the floor and 4 dogs laying around with swollen stomachs. Apparently the med to large dog Maggie pulled them to the ground and it was a free for all with her and the 3 wiener dogs.
Sam learned a lesson of not to leave food around unattended.

I've been tempted to try some of his Dog Vitamin chewable tablets. Vitamin C, Turmeric, Strawberry powder, Blueberry Powder, and other delicacies.
They smell pretty tasty. Maybe I'll just try a little chunk at first.

I just wanted to let you know, (as a familiar long-time zoner) who(m) I've the utmost respect toward,
Hüsky got his third Master's Degree last week, this time from Princeton. If the Einstein you refer to is the famous "Alvin" of "Alvin & The Chipmunks" fame, he hung out quite a lot at Princeton University as well.
Turns out Hüsky will be pursuing his pH.d in theoretical Physics at Princeton, and some of his lectures will be in a building which houses a Toilette Suite named after Alvin Einstein. I can't say which building, even if I knew.
He's not allowed to pee in there (Discrimination !!) but there is a Fine spot, outdoors in an Ivy patch.
As always, so nice to see you posting here. Just the other day I was wondering, "Where the heck has ole Rasputin O'Leary Rasmataz been lately ??"
Of course, I shall keep you updated of Hüsky's Academic progress. We all expect H.I.M. to experience yet another Fine Semester. As usual, he has been Cðë×istÎng quite nicely with his fellow Co-Eds, or whatever those Crayy-Cray Kids call it these days
