You got the first half of that right Nod, but you came to the wrong conclusion. Because he worked for McCain he has absolutely no credibility on anything at all.

I've now learned to give cognitive dissonance a much greater role in how it can act like an orchestrator of the mind in a "wak-a-mole flowchart" sort of way. In said context, McCain is now considered a "RHINO".
The big problem which I see is that if Schmidt is correct (as I suspect he is), and Trump continues to double down on the charade, how will the "end game" play out? Trying to dance around saying "violence", but it's going to be the only pathway once the walls of credibility & legitimacy start to close in on Trump. I'm afraid the "cold civil war" will need to be switched on for real.
Thom are you willing to take other people's lives to support what might be entirely a falsehood to protect the power of an unscrupulous individual?
McCain & friends, Democrats, Mexicans, Women, Transgender Soldiers, NFL Players & Rosie O'Donnell all have no credibility because Mr. Trump attacked them?
The real show will be when the legal shit hits the fan and he needs his pals Mitch McConnell & Paul Ryan to get his back.
We just need to stave off World War III until the charges are filed.
I kinda like Thom - he makes it interesting round here. And fun because his arguments are so easy to counter
Schmidt who is literally the person who elevated Sarah Palin to star status, can't be trusted because he was a hired campaign manager for John McCain. That is the state of Republican thinking these days. They would have all fit in so well in the Soviet Union or Mao's China.
Pretty sure he is just a harmless Conservative Proclaimation Bot.
I mean, I know this isn't a bar, but what kind of real person thinks they could just repeatedly walk up to a crowd talking about something, interject something illogical like they believe its the law of the land and walk off, only to double down later with his fingers in his ears.
It's pure insanity or blind ego.
He, for some reason, sees value in projecting his ideas (ostensibly because he wants to influence thought around here) but has displayed no willingness for dialogue with the community he seeks to influence.

Oh Thom, you're killing me. This is just faulty logic. "He worked for McCain and McCain hates Trump, so he has no credibility."
The investigation will show his credibility.
On the flip-side, all that Benghazi and email server shit was just Republican witch-hunts that were proven, over and over, to have zero credibility.

maybe one day corporations
maybe one day corporations will also run ALL of our universities and institutions of higher learning.
then, they can cut librarians...because...GOOGLE...
or outsource them after ruining what, if any pension they have. run them 403's/401's into the ground. gamble without risk.
replace them all.
that's freedom, america, and progress.
right, chap?
