hey Ken -- I'm packing my snowshoes just in case -- don't think I can do Opal as it's a much longer hike -- going to run up to Mt. Hood instead, maybe Tamanawas Falls. Got to have the car home by 3 tomorrow... so leaving as early as I can bear it.
