Hey Zoners! Happy Friday!
As we march into Spring we're rolling-out some new additions to Viva, including a private message request feature, a Cannabis folder, and an exciting new project.
Our friendly Zoners who supported Viva during the annual fund-raiser are receiving some fresh new Viva stickers, thanks to Hey Davey! Thanks again to those who can support us, and we have tons of extra stickers to send-off! Please use the Contact page to send us an address, and we’ll be sure to put some in the mail for you. We're also working with a favorite Zoner artist on some special Viva gear, which we hope to announce soon.
The new private message request will be a simple page, for logged-in Zoners only, that allows you to privately send a message request to another Zoner. To ensure everyones privacy, and to prevent abuse, there will be some limitations, which we'll cover when we launch the new feature.
The Cannabis folder will be a standalone folder, found on the board home page. There will be specific rules for this folder, such as a no sales policy, and it will be more heavily moderated.
Lastly, some Zoners received an invitation to join a new project! This new initiative will include 5 different Zoners each month, so everyone will have an opportunity to participate. For one month a group of 5 Zoners will draft, share, and create new threads together in a private Monthly Contributors folder, and each Zoner in the group will receive a longer than 5 minute edit window, to help create new threads together. We'll have more information on this project, as we roll it out.

I'm sort of confused about th is project.
Are you saying that five people will get their own little private as the playpen for a month to talk amongst themselves?
Because I'm not sure selecting down to an even smaller sample is the direction you want to go.
Why would anyone say "yeah, put me in with just four other random zoners and let's go crazy."
Does the rest of viva get to read the content or is it like a private little club for a month....and what if you get paired with really boring people?
I have a lot of questions.
