George Will is leaving the GOP and ready to  ride the Blue Wave.

>>In a speech at a luncheon held by the Federalist Society, Will urged other conservatives not to support Trump as the GOP nominee. “This is not my party,” Will said the speech, noting that while it’s a little too late to find a replacement for him on the ticket, conservatives can “grit their teeth for four years” after making sure that Trump loses.

Comparing George Will to a rat seems a bit heavy handed.  The guy has written some decent books about baseball and has always seemed pretty fair-minded and of an even temperament.  He should receive kudos for recognizing today's GOP for what it is, and leaving it.  A good example for other decent Republicans to emulate.

George is no Ann Coulter, and often has some good commentary. I actually met him at an A’s game and told him so. I disagree with many of his views though. He enabled  the GOP and Trump far too long.

George has always been on the intellectual side of the republican party  (too bad that's an oxymoron)
