Finally

Forums:

Well it took a while but I finally finished digitalizing my vast musical library. Started when I was forced into retirement in February. Really picked up the pace around late June/July when I could smoke my cigars out on the deck.  The only thing left are some old cassettes that I don't even know are still good. Not sure who can convert them anyway. There's probably only a couple I'll really feel bad about not having in my collection as I haven't found them in another format. Particularly ones I taped myself back in the 70's. Now what? Lol.

Now kick back and listen to them all.

No doubt about that.

Retirement, cigars, a deck and digitized music.

Ya! Well done.

been putting together dead archive via bt.etree.org

I have about 1200 shows in wav format (~ 1.8 TB so far), labeled, easy to navigate on hard drives.....pretty complete (well, of the stuff that circulates)  through 1982, lots of holes after that.

New WD 4-TB drives are $100.

as of recently, charlie miller started labeling songs.

thank god, I was getting arthritis from typing song labels.

It's a beautiful thing.

I just download whatever I want

but kudos
