They should put all the NFL players and potential players and all the team employees on a secluded island somewhere now, and by Fall they can hold games somewhere without fans.
All games televised everywhere - no blackouts. Drones all over to get cool camera angles.

Ravens, baby! Solid draft (improved defense and even a new "star" runningback), relatively easy schedule, young team, MVP quarterback (who Vegas is saying will rush for 1,000 yds), no coaching drama.
Should make it to the playoffs, at least. They are hungry.
We will ignore the fact that one of our guys just got caught cheating on his wife and she pointed a loaded gun at his head (no magazine but one in the chamber) before he wrestled it away and she gave chase with a knife. Hey, it's still the off-season!

I need a diversion. How many online streams of hippies playing music in their pajamas in their living rooms can you watch before getting more depressed?
Thankfully, Jorma is setting the bar pretty high (Phil please take note of how it can be done. Phil could just sit around and tell stories of the old days, like grampas do -- read a passage in his book and embellish -- I'd watch that.)

Basketball & baseball would
Basketball & baseball will be easier to roll out again under a semi-quarantine/no crowd situation. Football would be harder because of all the added people involved, but as we all know, BIG MONEY controls everything and the NFL is BIG MONEY, so I expect there to be a season.
Whether that starts on time, or they push back the start of the season by four weeks, or even if they cut out weeks 3 & 4 (no team has a bye those weeks) and then delay the start by two weeks - all things they're considering - I do believe they will play games this year.
Whether there will be crowds in the stands is a whole other deal, but game$ WILL be played.
As for my team, teams that lose the Super Bowl almost never make it back the next year, but the 49ers are still a really good young team and will at least be very competitive, so I'm looking forward to seeing some games, even if I have to watch on TV.

Everything in pro tennis is
Everything in pro tennis is either canceled or rescheduled to 2021. The UTR has rolled out a couple of round-robin tournaments with 4-8 players, no fans, no ball kids or lines people. The players have been quarantined for 2 weeks, there's no contact between anyone, and everything in and around the courts is sanitized between (short) matches. It's weird, but kind of fun to watch (Tennis channel).

It's true that I like using LOVE as a number, and I also like the way both the men and women look in their sweaty clothes, and everyone's gorgeous legs. I'm an equal opportunity admirerer.
