Loved that tour. I was living in Lavellette NJ and was equidistant from Philly and NYC, easy to get in and out of each city, plus caught the first two Landover shows as well.

And Clapton (with Knopfler on guitar) played the Spectrum the day before the Dead run.

I had just moved to St. Petersburg a month before those shows, and , of course, that band continued to FOLLOW ME!

Had a face-to-face encounter with Brent at their luxury hotel between shows... the guy was still delirious at 1 PM, then went out and killed it that night. Crazy.
