That Spectrum run was fantastic.  Vinnie was low in the mix and the guitarists took control.

Stockholm was soooooooo bad

Was a transitory year for all of us,I was at an Optimystic party at muir beach ,after the Gaaaaaarden and B4 Europe,Bobby was there,I served him a beer from the keg,and I Said  " hey Mr Weir ,can You dedicate the European  Tour  for WORLDPEACE FOR FREE. ' 

 "  Sure I can " was what he said

Germany. Berlin first night was the best.

i went to all fall europe except england.

ran outta $ in amsterdam

berlin and paris were incredible.

i saw germans in tuxedos in berlin, it was at a new classical music state of the art building. they did darkstar and i shit you not, i passed by the tuxedoed kraut and was telling his friends "darkstarfenuven"...

i lost 1/2 my clothes. it was in the high 30's. i had guatamalan shorts and leg warmers. all the germans on the train pointed and laughed at me, on a solid dose.

Spent like a week in Amsterdam and then a week in Germany. Had a car.. Slept in it most nights except Amsterdam where we were in a hostel  Hornsby played Amsterdam after the Stockholm show at the Paradiso but didn't go. Rumor was none of the band would be there so didn't waste the money. Went to the Bulldog across the way instead. On the way to Essen I threw my stash out the car window before the border thinking we'd get searched at the German border but before we knew it as we took small streets we were in Germany and that small border post was closed as it was maybe after 5 and nothing stopping us from entering Germany. It was a bummer because I bought some decent stuff in Amsterdam.
