but it's also the 25th year of existence for DNB as a band, which is often referred to as a silver jubilee
I'm aware of 3 songs that DNB plays containing the word "diamond"... wonder if any of the 3 songs will get played
most obvious, of course, is "Diamond Joe," the Tex Logan song that David has a great story about
less well known is the diamond lyric in "John Hardy's Wedding" (Well baby, we're gonna pawn that gun, We'll get five bucks a barrel downtown, And then I'm gonna buy you a diamond ring...)
and another in "Down The Middle" (Last night’s a thousand years ago, Dawn pours diamonds in the road...)
but... I could not think of, or find, a single DNB song that contains the word "silver"... which is kinda weird, b/c there are TONS of GD songs that reference silver, and DNB plays quite a few GD songs

actually, aside from Hunter, I would prefer that there be NO guest sit-ins, as it's been my experience that guests interrupt the flow and mojo of a DNB show, particularly if the sit-in happens in the 2nd set
as much as I would LOVE to hear the boys play "Visions" again (along with the "Penumbra" that it usually segues into), IMO it's pretty unlikely b/c the last time it was played was nearly 7 years ago -- I had to look it up -- on 11/19/2011 at Don Q's in Felton, CA https://archive.org/details/dnb2011-11-19.tt.mkh8040.aud.flac16/DNB-2011...
