yes

saw this tour at radio city music hall, the next week ( i think it was the next week ) roxy on the avalon tour also at rcmh

Saw RCMH. and later, The Meadowlands.

Both great shows, but I was a little disappointed with the "sameness" and the sort of choreographed rock-star bullshit.

DS/Knopfler Band have always had the most pristine concert sound I've ever heard.  From the guitars down to the smallest hand percussion, with perfect mix and balance, from the opening note.

I was happy to see them on the final 1992 tour.

I have listened to them since the debut album in 1979, but attending a live show did not work for me until the end.indecision

Saw them at the Mann on this tour.  Great band, but I'm sure one show was enough as I assume every show was pretty much the same.

I had a great SBD CD from their first SF appearance, at the Old Waldorf in '79. Dynamite. Maybe it's around somewhere.

I thought the last tour in 92 was really good but too many players on stage. 4 piece would have been enough.

Their self-titled album is still one of the best.

^^ I'm partial to Making Movies followed by Brothers In Arms (except Money For Nothing , one of those songs if I never hear it again it will be too soon) S/T and Love over Gold (Telegraph road was awesome live)

Definitely enjoy the rest too.  I just remember the first time sitting down and listening to the s/t front to back all 41 minutes ;).  Sold.
