I didn't capitalize it in the post, but did in the title because isn't every word in a title capitalized?

It depends on who you ask. The first and last word should be capitalized, and nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs typically get capitalized in titles, but not so much connective tissue like conjunctions and prepositions.
