Hard to believe.... last saw her a couple years ago now, and with the recent loss of world class drummer Clem Burke(the most underrated drummer in history), who knows what the future holds for Blondie.
here's a couple of my choice Blondie moments through the years....
Dreaming, while I picked up Parallel Lines first, this song from Eat the Beat was what really turned me into a lifelong fan...
Maria.... so after like 17 years or something out of the spotlight, the band just drops in to close out the century by showing they can seemingly make hits at will. Watch Clem closely at the final solo break through the end. Dude was Keith Moon good...
2023... just drops in to show the kids at Coachella how it's done . With Nile Rogers on Rapture:

Fell in love with Debbie
Fell in love with Debbie Harry when I was 9 or 10. Caught her on one of the Escape from New York tours and fell more in love. Was supposed to see Blondie a few years ago, but the show was a Covid casualty and was canceled.
