20 years ago we were doing a huge 40 day job at a McMansion on Jupiter Island. I had full run of this "shack" for all of July and August. Huge job for us.
They had a crazy 60 speaker stereo system, huge in a 300 sq foot closet with nothing but stereo equipment. XM radio, set and forget. It was August and Jerry week came on August 1st. I was digging all this Jerry solo stuff.
My helper of just short of a year, told me August 10th will be his last day, 3 week notice, Im good with that. His name was Aaron but we called him monkey.
On his last day he worked hard, gave him all his pay and I thanked him. He said his goodbyes and his last thing he said as he was leaving......Oh, by the way, Jerry week sucks!
