That looks like a sweet set

I had never heard of Kick and streamed a couple of these shows on fans.live.

Is Kick simply re-broadcasting the fans.live stream?

I paid for the whole week from Fans, so haven't been listening to the other streams, but if he is, he's lucky he hasn't been shut down, likely would have been pretty quickly if this was on Nugs.  They allow audience recordings...

Hard to get a good look at the other drum set, but from what little I can see (which is very little), looks more like a percussion set up.  Didn't see a kick drum, hi-hat, etc...  they could still be there I suppose;

Rumors are suggesting something similar to last night, the Encore is going to be the Bomb!!!

From inside, appears you're right.  I'm no expert, but looks like tall tomtoms and other percussion stuff.  Also right about two extra amps, one on each side.

Guest percussionist, Mickey?  2 guitars, Bobby and Trey?  ???

Beaming, These last 2 shoes were off the hook Nice to meet so many Zonners and enjoy the company..  see Y'all next Year ... LOVE IS REAL ....

The finale show of Phil Cap run was nothing short of Epic and I rarely use that word to describe shows.  Power house song selection and played with great enthusiasms. Band was creative and guitar was magnificent. This show was off the charts. 3rd set surprise with JRAD taking the stage was ground breaking for a Phil show. Love the video production produced by Shapiro and the Cap.   Next best thing to being first 10 rows live.   Daniel Donato on lead guitar was a great fit as a new Phriend.

Has  Daniel ever played with Phil before?

Loved hearing and seeing Donato on the stream for the last 2 shows. He is a big talent, and enjoy his sound,.

Kind of puzzled about the JRAD phenomenon. I have seen them a few times. No doubt they are talented musicians and know the catalog. Still, the whole Grateful Dead on steroids, meth, or whatever you want to call it, playing every song fast and furious just doesn't do it to me and seems to have diminishing returns after a while.

Daniel Donato's bio from his website:

http://danieldonato.com/about/

Sounds like he's on a good path.

Phantastic shows.  3.15,16.2024, "Love Phil" so much phun.  Enjoyed seeing zoners.  Tom, safe travels.  Here's to "Next Year"
