contact tracing

Here we go..I almost started a thread like this a few weeks ago. 

..and now with all the protests it seems pointless to me...

..but whitmer just spoke and they are still rolling it out..

..after giving everyone the 'good news'.that in ten more days hair and tanning salons and tatoo parlors.. movie theaters etc will be able to open too...so as long as social distancing guidelines are kept and are "subject to strict protocol".. .even way up north and In the u.p....where people really want to open and have been relatively unaffected by covid..it would have been a slam dunk for her if she skipped phase 4 & 5 and just opened up like Alaska. Imo

Other than her mentioning that she marched with detroit mayor duggan and others (sounds like a photo op) downtown. .

There was no tie in to any of the riots or whether that would contribute to  increased covid spread..in fact it was just a blurp in the beginning of her speech. She was clearly reading from a speech written for her and I doubt she pre-read it.seriously.  she fumbled through it..

..but eventually the conversation shifted to 'contact tracing'

They call you up and question you and im not sure how its going to work or why they are still bothering to do it after all of these Floyd/anti-trump demonstrations.

..plus im not to keen on any of that 'tracing' in the first place even if the protests hadn't happened.

..how it it enforced? forced testing on people without symptoms.  forced quarantine?..can't return to work unless you get tested and added to the covid 'map'? Is this when they uptick the necessity of smart city technology?  

..how long before the barcodes?
