I probably have 500-800 blank
I probably have 500-800 blank CDRs, but I'm not sure if any of them are quality. Mainly Sony, Memorex, and TDK.
I basically pick up free cds on a daily basis...and try to get rid of them once I've enjoyed them to the fullest.
(((Exploration & Discovery))) (then dump, rinse, and repeat)

I can't tell you what a good
I can't tell you what a good CDC is, but I just bought a 100 pack of white japanese cds, Tao something. They sucked, every other one wouldn't burn or skipped. Really weird, seems the parent company was bought buy S Korean company and makes shifty discs.
Got a hundred of maxwells, no problems so far.
Really should put everything on a digital player and get rid of the thousands of CDs I have.
Although I pulled out an a astounding mountain show from12/31/70 today and it sounded great

i used to have spindles of 100s eveywhere , now good luck finding them ...

The japan ones are what i just bought and suck big time. They are manufactured in Taiwan now, not sure if that is hwy my batch sucked. The reviews say it is 50-50 chance you will get a bad batch.
I got the cause this is what the young lady named Maria always used in her vines and they stood up to alot of abuse, not so much now

those CDs were manufactured in Japan and Taiwan. You had to be sure you bought the ones that said 'Made in Japan' on the packaging.
i think Japan stopped producing them and the Taiwan version are the only ones still available.
