I attended an art show of his a few years ago, nice guy and had some great pieces. Signed my program for me...His band performed for a foundation I belong to later that night and was enjoyable enough. This thing I'm not sure about but will be curious to hear

Ha! That's how I learned to play the drums. With the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Yes, Doobie Brothers also heavily involved.
No one would ever pay to watch me do that though.
Then again, I won't pay to watch Carl Palmer do it.

Nope, thats his 2022 tour yer talkin about.
Last night was a superb night of 3 piece perfection with his band - Paul Bielatowicz guitar n vocals + Simon Fitzpatrick bass n Chapman stick, both monster musicians playing all your ELP favorites,,, Karn Evil 9, Fanfare etc etc. Stupendous night of music, catch it if you can.
The only minor concern was the zero covid protocols, no proof of vax or mask requirements,, I wore mine of course as did most in the place.
My last 2 shows, King Crimson + ELP music makes me a very happy camper.
