Camping Inquiries - BMFS @ Bethel

Forums:

About 2 weeks ago i got a great email around the intended amenities and activities for campers for before and after show activities. They are seemingly attempting to curate a fun filled weekend...

Did anyone else get the email? if so, did you take advantage of the ' tell us anything you want ' dialogue box? My suggestion was simple ' keep the showers and bathrooms clean and the security cool '

' only ' four months to go !

Peace

Yes, I completed that survey and made a similar suggestion!

I didn't get to scope that out.

Has anyone camped there before? I got a question about arrivals.

My stay at the Bethel Woods campsite will be Thursday to Monday, 4 nights. Not sure when my other people will be getting there and there is a line in their FAQs that states "all people in your group should check in at the same time" or something like that. Not sure if that will be possible, does anyone have any idea if this is enforced?

I know they have to have an official policy but what is it really like?

Thanks

Never camped there before but have communicated by email and phone w/ a nice staffer named Kaitlin.

I booked a campsite for my BFF Beth and I (no tent, sleeping in a van). I wanted to confirm procedure for adding more people / vehicle / tent to our site since we won't take up space and I'm urban minded, LOL.  Additionally, I wanted to make sure that someone could arrive after our arrival day (THU 7/30). Here's what I learned:

1) Each additional car =  Add $25 per day

2) Each additional person = Add $25 per person per day

While it would be most efficient for all, she did not mention a group of people arriving together -- and I explained that the friend likely to want space can't arrive until 7/31.

She added that once I know for certain, the easiest thing to do is to call or email the camping office, pay by phone and give them a list of names so the late arrivers can be on a list at the gate w/ your campsite number. (mine is M6, for example).

Hope this info is helpful!

Perfect, thank you.
