My power just came back on after 96 hours off.  And we had very little wind the whole time.

I know that several zoners were evacuated from their homes, have heard of no-one losing their homes as yet.  That kincade is a bad-ass fire. Also a couple down in So-Cal doing heaps of damage.  Hope everyone stays safe.

Fortunately, neither my kid's home nor job is in either a fire or blackout zone.  As long as the ground doesn't shake, he's good (Oakland/SF).

Looking a lot better today, fire is 60% contained now and evacuation orders have been lifted in most areas.
