Not being able to perform live since St. Pat's Day this year, I've been trying to figure ways to keep me musically occupied.
I really miss playing with others, but I at least get to play with my buddy, Heath, on his Monday night FB streams.
I tried to do a live stream myself from my studio, but upload speed, if you can call it that, where I live is way too slow.
I had hoped to feature an online Hippie Hour with various guests in a safe from C-19 setting, but the first attempt ended up with a jerky, super-lagging debacle that I wound up having to delete from the ether.
In addition to revisiting the keyboard and working on new stuff, I decided to video record some of the songs I've been performing live, but have never been "officially" released.
This one is about 8 or 9 years old and started out as an exercise in modulation, until I decided to write lyrics for it.

Rather than try and record another album, I figured I'd just make some solo videos and stick them up on Youtube with links from a new mobile-friendly website, williammylar.com.
I may remix some of these with other musicians, contributing parts. If I get a good variety, I may be able to develop different versions of the same songs.
Would love Zoner feedback, good, bad or meh. I appreciate the discerning ears and often brutal, but honest, reviews I read from many of you.
If you have a few minutes, give this first release a listen and share your thoughts.
Hope everyone has a happy, healthy and safe T-Day!

Hanging in there, Turtle. Hope you and yours are doing well also.
You're the second person to tell me that about Fred Neil. Ever since the other person told me that many years ago, I started covering some of his stuff.
One of my favorites to do is "The Dolphins", especially when I have a group who can get spacey with it.
Hawaiian. Interesting. Hadn't thought about that before. I need to get some steel on this now.
