Heading up to Yosemite tomorrow morning. Want to hit the road about 5-6am so I'm twisting up burritos tonight and will heat them up on the old Coleman stove when we get there.
Mine: Eggs, tater tots, refried beans, sausage, bacon, cheese, and fresh jalapenos. El Salvadorian cream on the side.
Wife: Eggs, tater tots, Mexican rice, beans, onion, cheese, and fresh habanero
Kids: Eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
What's everybody like in theirs?

I prefer potatoes but they need to be diced really small and most places don't do it like that. In San Diego most places use french fries (which I like). I've never used tater tots before. They're saving me from going to the store. I cooked them and cut them in half. I've got a good feeling about this burrito.
How do you substitute Fritos for tortillas? Weird. Not really a big Frito guy anyway.

I do sheets of shredded hash
I do sheets of shredded hash browns in the cast iron pan.
They roll more as a layer in the wrap than the tots might.
In both cases you get nice oily surface-area crunch.
I like your planning style, Hoovs.

If you place them properly foil wrapped near the engine block, you can heat them on the last 10 miles or so of the drive.....

Thanks for reminding me of all that Bacon that needs frying !!
Gluten-free for the moment; Blue Corn organic tortillas in the fridge. Not conscientously avoiding the Gluten, but I really like those BCT's. So no gmo Wheat tortillas in the fridge.
Maybe I'll fry up some Beans in the Bacon fat, and then mix it with the Hüsky food. I've started rationing in a new Kibble, so all that lardicious balance of protein & Fat will help to maintain his delicate constitution and fluffy Coat.

I like making refried beans in a little bacon fat. It's good for keeping my kid's coats fluffy.
Anything can wind up in my breakfast burrito. The dregs of any corn or potato chip bag gets mixed in my eggs to emulate migas.

I am trying to fatten up
I am trying to fatten up Hüsky just a bit. Unlike a Labrador, or most Dawgs, he does not usually eat until the Food Bowl is empty.
However, a taste of "people food" mixed with his stuff encourages H.I.M. to finish the bowl.
He is about 76 pounds now (35 Kilos) but I'd like to see H.I.M. get up to 80 pounds, if his framework can allow that.
The Hound has a nice exercise regimen, and is always looking to run to Alaska or somewhere.
