The Borderland Festival celebrates the rich artisan history and renaissance of the Buffalo Niagara region.  The festival will showcase the burgeoning New York State craft industry and feature craft beers, cider, and distilled spirits.  Additionally, the historic stables at Knox will be converted to “Artisan Alley” where fans can engage with some of the most talented artists in the region. Local artists and craftsmen will offer hands-on exhibitions to provide festival attendees with a truly immersive experience.

Jennifer Brazill, Borderland Co-Founder, states “We are beyond thrilled to announce this line-up for our second year of the Borderland Festival. We worked very hard to curate a festival that would compliment the park’s beautiful spirit with not only their music but also their vibe as well as will have a strong focus to sustainability and community.  We are very excited to introduce new bands to the music fans of the region and celebrate the already rich music tradition of Buffalo”.

The festival places a strong emphasis to sustainability with a designated Green Team focused on composting, recycling and waste diversion. No plastic water bottles will be sold on site and free water stations will be available for fans to re-fill reusable containers.  Commemorative stainless steel festival mugs will be for sale and fans receive $1 off beer all weekend when using the mug.”

I had an offer of a ride and place to stay, but my last remaining aunt on my mom's side is on the way out. They have tentavily scheduled the funeral next weekend 3 hours south of my home. If the weather is nice that festival would be fun. Also bills home opener on that Sunday.

If your plans change and you can make it would love to say hi.  Sorry about your aunt.

Sure, will do. My traveling partners grew up near there and still have family in the area. They know the park caretaker to hang with in the fest. Still have to buy tickets

Having a good time at Borderland.  Mule played 2 hours straight, nice jams!
