Brady, and he was just arrested at Bonnaroo with a shit load of FAKE DRUGS with intent to distribute. Not in any way defending the despicable POS but when it winds up in court and they try to prosecute him for possession of counterfeit controlled substances, it makes me scratch my head and think that a smart lawyer could get this guy out of it - since what we was selling wasn't even real narcotics.
Clearly, the outstanding warrants are enough to prosecute him - but dealing in fake drugs may make it tough to get a conviction?

Actually they would have lost a lot of bucks. I believe HBO has ponied up a few million to record a show on this tour for later broadcast. Lots of bands have deals that stop them from participating in live streams. Nothing personal. it's just business.

Not U2's fault for the deletion situation. That was 100% on Apple. As was the decision to push it to all iTunes users. It still amazes me that people blame U2 for something that was in Apple's hands.
