I’m as pro-socialism as the next Zoner, but our system is still capitalist. Money can move almost everything in the U.S. Yes, there are a lot of things wrong with that, but that’s what we (mostly) have to work with. Money will bring a lot of new players to the marijuana table (already has). That’s ok with me, as long as we can have appellations, legal home grows, otc sales, and no more police records to worry about.

Welcome to America. If things got done out of true justice or the greater good, that would be nice... but at the end of the day, money is the impetus and only drive for just about everything in our society. Especially politicians.
We all know it's not about compassion or justice. Hell even MMJ and legalization are rooted solely in $$. Without it there would be no movement at all. It's not about what's right and just... and never was.
