Bob Dylan Tour-Reviews?

Forums:

Any zoners hit a show on this tour yet? On the fence. Seems roughly 1/2 Rough and Rowdy Ways tunes and 1/2 oldies..Not sure ...

Scott, I would go to the show. The only reason I'm not at the Beacon now with my brother is my mom is visiting. Inconvenient timing, nothing I could do about it.

Almost every review has been extremely positive.

The songs are delivered in clear voice, totally engaged with the audience, with a different band than pre-Covid.

Seeing him on friday, can't wait

The shows are good, a little less polish then 2019 but Dylan is in great voice and mood. Seeing the RARW material should be enough to get people in the seats

Jeff, we will see you there!
I'm pretty excited.
Think we're gonna hit the holiday-lights walk at the Zoo beforehand.

The shows are very repetitious

I miss Bob Playing Guitar, but his back problem prevents him from doing so.

Cam if you want to meet-up for drinks before message me on fb and I'll send ya my cell number

He played guitar on 2 songs in 2019, including a solo break during the encores.
yes he is using mostly static set lists now for a few years  but the performances are tighter as a result with less flubbing and miscues

Honestly the Bob Dylan concert audience in 2021 deserves its own review thread. Astonishing

^^ Lolololololol

Older than dirt, with hearing issues and money to burn

Joking

That's the Hot Tuna demo, anyway. I haven't seen anyone dragging an oxygen tank across the balcony at any other show.

The Providence show on Friday night was really good, best Dylan I've seen in years. His voice is strong and good, the band is tight, good times

My wife went to the Boston show last night, she loved it.

She is seeing electric Hot Tuna tonight.

Thanks doctor
