it was prominently featured on my receipt, so if it's not on yours I would assume it's not in effect for the Frost.

I'm all onboard the Billy Strings thing for a couple of years now. He's got a long career in front of him. I never get tired of him and his band. I am continuously blown away at the talent they all have. They're incredible pickers and singers.

I see that on my receipt, but the receipt also has a link to "Send Tickets to Your Group Ahead of Time" that takes you to a page titled "How do I transfer tickets?" Some mixed messaging there, for sure.

Same here, Zooey. The receipt also says "you can list your ticket for sale at the price you paid on our Face Value Ticket Exchange starting this summer", so the Sell Tickets thing should be available at some point. And really, a no mark-up sale with "no additional fees charged to Exchange users for buying or selling tickets on the Exchange" is essentially a transfer.
