I might get biblical tomorrow,  my first day back at work after a short off.

Throw a stone at a huge 8-10" and bigger paper waspnest. One of many.

Double fistedwith the generic branded Wasp, Hornet and bee killer with the twenty two foot range. Instant death. Commercial brands do not come close.

I get a thrill clearing my must be at destination to collect hydrological samples.. Confident yet persistent.  New big nests almost overnight are formed it seems.

It's a rush.

There are always a few wasps that getca small dusting. The seem to dig the rush for a short till the" shit, I like it, then ,,oh nooo did too much too fast..................then nothing.

Then i dip my sample cells into thr rivers and reservoirs.
