If Biden picks Amy Klobuchar instead like HRC did in 2016 giving the finger to progressives disgusting some into not voting in the general. Centrists would be stupid to repeat that. Plus if he does pick Warren he unites the progressives wing and centrists and they go into the general strong. Plus Biden doesn't run in 2024 Warren wins and becomes first female president after being first female VP

I watched the first hour. Bernie definitely did not "win." He's great at laying out the problems. He's horrible at laying out a viable plan to solve those problems. Revolution is not viable. Biden nailed it when he said that he has a plan that he knows can get through Congress, and it will be a starting point.

 Biden showed that he is not a senile bat. He came off as "presidential." He spoke with confidence and conviction, and put forth decent plans and ideas.

Bernie is a fantastic messenger, and has done more than anyone to move the platform. He's just not presidential material.

Only one looked and acted presidential.

Joe scorched Bernie. No gaffs, no blunders. Direct and on target all nite.  Even when Bernie exposed a questionable Biden previous position, Joe turned it around and made Bernie look weak and desperate grasping at straws. Bernie's arguments last nite prove once again that he's long on unattainable suggestions, but short on viable solutions. Joe gave the folks still on the fence something they can proudly stand behind.

Only one was presidential, and it wasn't Bernie

Pretty bad debate for both candidates it seemed. The questions are built to get a pissing match which is what happened. Again there were no questions about climate change at all. Just all helps trump in the end when he stampedes Biden in the general.
